The Aura is an electro-magnetic field of energy that radiates out from the body. It comprises multiple layers of subtle energy in which feelings, thoughts, emotions, experiences and memories are held in the form of ‘energy patterns’.
Invisible to the naked eye, these ‘energy patterns’ resonate at different vibrational frequencies, subconsciously influencing our moods, choices, decisions and actions.
